The Interim Search
Committee is hopeful that an interim pastor will be selected and on the job
within the next few weeks. Please say a quick prayer that all the pieces of
this puzzle will fall into place soon!

It’s that time of year again for us to
start compiling addresses and phone
numbers for the 2008 members
directory. If we need to update the information we
published in last year’s directory please submit the
changes
to the church office.
Do
we have your college students addresses? Please make sure to advise the office.
During the Advent season
Poinsettias are placed in the Sanctuary in honor or in memory of loved ones. If
you would like to order a poinsettia, please call the church office with your
request. The price of poinsettias will be $23.50.
Butter Braids will be here on Dec 18th. We ordered some extras, contact Mary if you
would like one or more.

Holiday
Food Baskets
The Emmaus House has begun to prepare food baskets for
Christmas. They have scheduled December 21 to hand out baskets. If you
would like to help fill the baskets the following items would be greatly
appreciated: Ham/Chicken, Dry Beans, Corn, Soup, Green Beans, Nuts,
Mashed/Sliced Potatoes, Mac N Cheese, Sweet Potatoes, Cake or Cookie Mixes,

CHRISTMAS PROGRAM
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 19th
The
evening starts with a Pot Luck dinner at 6:00 pm and the program will begin
immediately following dinner.

to stop by the office or call the office to get a pledge card sent out. It is important
